Chess Club
DIMOKRITOS from September 2002 bought
buckets for recycling of paper and today is the main non profiting institution
in the Prefecture of Xanthi in paper recycling.
The buckets
of collection are found in the area of
Xanthi’s swimming pool.
Till November 2006 105
tons of paper have been recycled.
This way 35
acres of forest have been saved.

By November 2006 941 books have been donated.

to the Church School of Xanthi
117 books to the Faculty of Police Xanthi, 1 encyclopaedia
